Gemini Studios, we rent apartments (studios) simply furnished but with all the comforts needed to enjoy short stays in full autonomy and in maximum privacy; each apartment has its own independent entrance and is equipped with private bathrooms such as a kitchenette equipped with pots and pans as well as a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, each apartment can also independently manage the heating or air conditioning.

No bad surprise, the agreed price is what you will pay, no extra costs for final cleaning or others supplements such as utilities and / or linen rental, we are the only ones in Florence that we rent apartments without extra costs, at check-in you are required to pay a security deposit of 100 €, which will be returned within 14 days except for any damage and / or failure to comply with the house rules.

Our apartments enjoy a great location strategic, we are at the "border" of the ZTL so you can easily reach us by car and find parking in the adjacent streets, all monuments and museums are within easy walking distance within 2 kilometers.

A few steps from us is the Fortezza da Basso, the exhibition and fair center of Florence, the Palazzo dei Congressi and the Santa Maria station
Novella, all in less than 500 meters.

For any need in our neighborhood is You can find pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants, as well as one series of various shops; while just 50 meters from us there is the Ninfa bar, great sweets and a delicious cappuccino to start a day full of explorations.

The new Teatro Opera di Firenze del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, and the Polo La Leopolda are just a few minutes walk from our apartments.
