All our apartments are studios, furnished in a simple but functional way with all the comforts for a stay in autonomy and independence, each apartment has its own entrance, its kitchenette equipped with cookware and everything needed to cook, the bathroom has recently been completely renovated and are all with shower, toilet and sink, the heating (November-March) or the air conditioning (May-September) are centralized with the possibility of managing them independently via their own control panel located inside each apartment.
We have studios for 2 - 3 - 4 and 5 people, it is possible to add a baby cot at the flat rate per stay of Euro 15.00, limited availability with advance booking.
After an internal renovation, in all apartments have been removed the sofa bed and replaced with traditional beds some of them have been equipped with mattresses latest generation anti-mite and antibacterial.
